WELL. Things have been rather slow-moving. Here's something you don't hear/read every day: I MISS CAT! ):
I don't think she's come with us for recess properly since... I don't remember. But every recess of hers lately has been taken up by dance, dance, dance. And it's ever so seldom that we talk or hang out properly anymore. Sucks man. 
And, unpleasant things I'd rather not publicise have been taking place as well. And other weird things. Everything's kind of confusing now. 

On a lighter note, we recently hosted the UK South Norfolk Youth Symphonic Band two days ago, on the 18th of August and had a joint concert with them at night, and although the preparation time we had for it was extremely little, I'm glad to say that we actually didn't screw up so bad and it was okay! It was an amazing night, we performed Abba Gold and Singapore Rhapsody with the SNYSB and it just really enjoyable. There were a few hot guys, haha. Erm there was Jack and Josh from Trumpet, who were both really really cute(esp. Jack), really really good but REALLY REALLY LOUD and Rahmah and I nearly went deaf as we sat directly in front of them during the combined performance! There was also Elliot from Percussion, and Guy from French Horn who was really weird but kind of cute in the Kyle Patrick way. Hahaha. I took a picture with him! Didn't really bother taking with the rest. Haha. 



Eeek. He looks so ugly there. Not photogenic. Haha.
Anw the concert was a success and I had a great time. I really wish they stayed longer though!

Urgh. Final years are coming up and I am lacking motivation to study. I've been having trouble concentrating in class these few days, I don't know why but my mind just keeps wandering elsewhere so easily. Tsk. Better attempt to stay focused. Later fail everything cannot go Sec 4! :O

SIGH. I feel extremely confused about everything. It's like I've got my head stuck in a cloud, and everything's a daze. Ha. The moon is a pretty, eerie yellow tonight. And it's hanging so low. Cool man.

Kenneth is like, away at OBS this entire week! ): Which sucks, because I've got no idiot bestfriend to cheer me up every day after school with all his rubbish and listen to my complaints. Hahaha. 

Yuck, school again tmr. Renee better come ah!

School has been the opposite of fun. Except for my favourite period, recess. Ha. Thank God for Bong, Renee and Cat! Our latest craze is speaking chinese with a fake american twang! And it simply annoys everyone but cracks us up, HAHA. Renee is best at speaking bad mandarin, and her O'Level Chinese oral is round the corner! HAHAHA.

Okay, so the first week of the new school term has passed. SIGH.

HELLO EVERYONE!

Back, from momentary hiatus. Haha.

Anyway! I know this post is two days late but I still want to blog about the TKGS La Musique Du Monde concert, which was on the night of 15th June 2008, last Sunday - Easily one of the best nights of my life.

We were all to meet in school at 12.30pm in half uniform, meaning everything minus the hat and blazer. By the time I got there, the whole foyer was packed with band people and everyone was just running around exchanging gifts and all. Super chaotic! Haha. But also very fun, running around and exchanging gifts with the people you love and care about. It's a very good feeling(:

Anyway, not to brag, haha, but I received lots of gifts! It made me feel so blessed and loved. Eee okay, I think I am starting to sound abit gay. Excuse me. Heh.

So after everyone got organised, we were taken to the Singapore Conference Hall to practice. Blah, blah, blah, the rest not so interesting. Oh but I got a HUGE hole in my stocking at the knee! :D

HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: THE CONCERT ITSELF. Minutes before we were supposed to come on, everyone was freaking out. My hands were like shaking! I was really nervous. It was our first and last concert, and I didn't want to screw things up.

The first two songs were terrible, in my opinion. Especially La Forza! Omg. I was a bundle of nerves. But by the 3rd song, Acclamation, I was starting to chill more so I could play better. Thank God.

So, the first half of the concert went by really fast. The second half was alot better, and I think that in general, we all did okay(: 

After the concert, we all went downstairs to meet our friends all. I saw alot of people I really missed! So, so much. Like Jiaying and Clarissa. Then also met Cat and Renee, who told me that they didn't enjoy the concert! Tsk, they are unable to appreciate such luxuries. Lol. Saw some of my classmates also, and Andre and Darren and Gary. Plus our ex-seniors, like Kelly, Deborah, Alexa, Michelle etc! 

It was definitely a memorable night, and I am going to miss such times. The concert made our months of endless practices all worth it!

And I wish the seniors didn't have to leave. ):

I'm sorry but I'm kinda lazy to post pictures. Didn't take many anyway, and I kinda regret that.

Okay next thing: SLEEPOVER!
Another one of the best days of my life.

Cat, Renee and Bong came to sleepover from Monday to today, Tuesday. It was really fun! We met at my house first, then we went Suntec for lunch and to watch Prince Caspian! Hahaha. It was one of the funniest and most boring movies ever! Well, the movie itself was boring, minus the eye candy (King Peter, played by William Moseley- SMOKING:D) and the four of us were being annoying! Especially Cat and I. Because we just found Prince Caspian hilarious. Haha! At all the not funny parts, we'd be laughing damn loud and we kept imitating Prince Caspian's weird accent! LOL. And Cat kep trying to figure out where he was from, judging from his weird accent. And! She decided that he was SIngaporean, then he went to live in Israel! What shit right. Hahaha! Then we kept laughing and just annoyed everybody in the theatre. I really had a good time(: Thank you ogres! Bong is in love with Ben Barnes, the guy with the funny accent who played Prince Caspian! HAHAHA. Like, William Moseley is so much hotter! (:

Then when we came home, Friends marathon until 3am!
We all love that show. And Matt LeBlanc is so cute! JOEY :D

Next morning, we went swimming at 9! Until 10something. We played alot of pretend in the pool. Bong and I held a Water Yoga class and we were doing synchronised swimming! Bet the neighbours had a good laugh. Hahaha!

After bathing and all, more Friends(: Then we went parkway and had lunch at KFC. Cabbed to Kyran's school later on to celebrate his b'day in advance, with his schoolmates. Haha. It was cute, Kyran had a very nice cake. But some of the children were a little scary. And Cat was checking out one of Kyran's friends, Justin! Too young, my friend. Hahah!

Went back to parkway to gallavant, we went to the arcade and Renee and I sat the rollercoaster simulation ride again! Twice. Hahaha. It was fun and gay! (: Then back to my house for more Friends after. :D We didn't do much, but I had an amazing time with them(: I'll miss such times! Not looking forward to school. Not looking forward to school. Not looking forward to school.

And they gave me 2 MCR cds for my birthday! THANK YOU GUYS:D I love it!

Each day feels so long. Yet we all know that the holidays are going to flash past and before we know it, it'll be back to school.
Before we know it, the concert would have been over in a night.
Before we know it, it would be the last week of the June 'holidays' and we'd be cramming all our homework and all the other shit.
Before we know it, it will be time for Term 3 CAs.
Before we know it, it will be the Final Year Exams.
Before we know it, it will be the Sec 4 O' Levels.
Before we know it, they would have graduated from band, and my batch would be in charge.
Before we know it, we have to lead the section for SYF in 2009.
Before we know it, we would graduate from band.
Before we know it, we would be taking out O' Levels.

THEN WHAT?

My life plainly revolves around school and band. And the results I am getting now, is not even going to guarantee me a place in a good JC.
Honestly, I see no future for myself.
I have no ambition.

I wanna be a rock star. HAHAHA. Fat hope!
I wanna be a photographer. 
I wanna be an artist.

But I don't even think I'm that talented. I am just so lacking.

Life is so short, and anything could happen. I could just die tomorrow.
If I did, I'd have died with so many regrets.

But how do you live life to the fullest?
